Summer is almost gone so baby Bia went to Fiji to enjoy her last little bit of "fun in the sun". Bia heard rumors that Fiji is a place to go accompanied, so she took her dear cousin baby Levi with her. Oh, we love summers... :)
La mia bella ragazza e tornado Italia! Baby Bia is back to Italy! This time, off to visit the little city of Pisa in Tuscany. As you may notice, she was a little scared that the Leaning tower would collapse on her, but she bravely agreed to pose for a picture. Arrivederci!
Ola, fellow travel mates. Bia was gone on some "real trips", but we are back from vacation now. Bia also went to Campina Grande in the beautiful state of Paraiba Brazil. She enjoyed the picturesque "Sao Joa festivities" and all teh harvest food celebration with lots of corn. Her favorite part, though, was dressing up as a "caipira" and dancing to the fun "quadrilha"
Off to the Mediterranean she goes. Bia went to the craddle of democracy, the beautiful city of Athens. She loved the beautiful architecture of Acropolis.
Bia went to the Andaluzia region, and visited the city of Sevilla in Spain. She tapped her little feet dancing the Flamenco and instead of hurting her bull in bullfighting, she went dancing with the bulls because she doesn't hurt animals. Ole, Bia!
This time baby Bia went far far way to Moscow, Russia! She watched the Bolshoi Ballet and dreamed about the day she will be a ballerina herself; then she went for a walk (or should I say "crawl") and admired the impressive Kremlin under the starry Russian night.
Meine schone Frau Bia went to the beautiful city of Rothenburg, Deutschland (Germany) to spend the last little bit of spring. She tried Schweinebraten with sauerkrauten and enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the medieval buildings.he
This time Bia went up north, to the Bay Area, and visited America's most peculiar city, San Francisco. She loved the Victorian architecture, she got the creeps at Alcatraz, she got stuck at the cable car, and she took a picture by the Golden Gate Bridge. Say chese!
"As armas e os baroes assinalados, Que da Ocidental praia Lusitana, Por mares nunca dantes navegados Passaram muito alem da Trapobana, Em perigo e guerras esforcados, Mais do que prometia a forca Humana, E entre gente remota edificaram Novo reino que tanto sublimaram;
Camoes, Os Lusiadas
Bias "Lusitanian blood" kicked in and she sailed "o'er the waters ne'er by seaman crost" to the Madeira region, Portugal where Great-Grandma Fernanda was born
Kate Middleton is beautiful, but had Prince William met this little brunette beauty earlier, I have the feeling that this is how the Royal Wedding would have been like.... :)
Bianca visited"the Happiest Place on Earth", Disney in Orlando, where mommy worked as a Cast Member and watched the beautidul fire works at Epcot Center!
Bia was thrilled to go to the Amazon rainforest and spend some time with the Apurina tribe, she rode a canoe down Rio Negro and tried the delicious Acai, but her favorite part was playing with the beautiful Tucano birds.
My half-blood princess apparated in London. Yes, she is (and so is mommy) a fan of Harry Potter, so she visited Diagon Alley and got her wand at Ollivanders before she took the "telephone lift" and went to the Big Ben and river Thames. She wanted to have tea with the Royal Family, but they were too busy with Prince William's wedding plans, so instead she read her Aghata Christie's an Jane Austen's books with the true brit spirit! Oh, yes Bia, we love British literature! ...oops it looks like she just saw "You-know-who"..
Bia went to the place where mommy was born, Joao Pessoa Brazil. She sailed a jangada in the gorgeous sea of Camboinha towards mom's favorite beach spot "Areia Vermelha"...ohh we miss Joao Pessoa don't we, Bianquinha?
